My name is Kathleen Jeske. I am from Germany, a psychologist and trained as a trainer and coach as well as in various innovation methods. I regularly give leadership trainings, work together with teams for collaborative development and accompany managers in developing their individual leadership competencies.

Personally, I am mostly interested and curious, in love with the sea and fascinated by the mountains - and equipped with an unshakable faith in people and their own ability to evolve.

Individuality

Each of my online courses and coachings is specifically tailored to my target group and my participant(s) - there is no "standard pattern", but many personal concerns and individual personalities. In individual coaching sessions, your goals give us the framework to identify the right steps for you and support you on your way. Generally I don't give you the perfect solution, but offer you possibilities to identify and go for your power and energy, your goals and steps.

Curiosity

I am interested in you, your personality and your wishes, goals and intentions. I believe in the power of questions and the gain of knowledge through a deeper interest. At the same time, my curiosity helps me to find the right methods and tools for you, to inspire you and to show you new ways.

Creativity

Standard pattern? That doesn't exist with me! I want to find the right approach and the right ways to accompany my participants with creativity on their way and to show possibilities. There are no limits to my imagination, so that we may sometimes take unconventional paths and try out unusual methods.

Professionalism

I can only go my own way and offer my participants opportunities to discover and find their own paths. It is important to me to work professionally and transparently towards goals. I do not see myself as omniscient or perfect, but try to provide helpful tools to the best of my knowledge and belief - as a coach who helps you to develop yourself and ultimately become your own coach.

With me, every single participant is in focus! I understand my online courses and coachings as a toolbox for all those who want to develop themselves and advance their own personal development. In doing so, I focus on coaching methods that I consider successful and meaningful - and with which I have already had good experiences in many personal coaching sessions.

The Seafarer

After several years in the corporate world, I was looking for more adventure and dreams in my life. Now I go to sea full-time and work as a training manager on board a cruise ship. There I am responsible for the training and further education of crew members and officers in the areas of leadership, soft skills and language.




The Digital Strategist

I worked as a Digital Strategist at a German corporation for 4 years, driving innovation within the company and training employees to become "entrepreneurs within the company". As part of this, I completed a training in Design Thinking and participated in various conferences worldwide.


The Joyful Nature

I love life - in all its facets. Especially from the beautiful moments in nature, at the sea and with my friends I draw energy and fill up my reserves. I love to laugh and to share this positive energy with the people around me.
